Alhamdulillah, stayed 2 nights for new year 2024, got room 1116 with king bed, city views and very clean room. Breakfast also interesting. Nearby traditional foods seller, shopping mall and the big market in ASEAN Tanah Abang Market. All staff were very friendly. No swimming pool.

Receptionist wasn't welcoming at all. Housekeeping was a one-man team during my stay so the receptionist had to do the housekeeping duty. Bedsheet smelled bad, towels were dirty, I had to change 4 times. Cups were dirty too. Facing the main road, I could hear all the vehicles from my room. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing stay, unexpected one coming from Marriott group.

I don't know why the four point sheraton already feels like a 2nd home, the service is okay receptionist sis vinna and sis swara who always help if you go to four point the sahur menu has a variety of views, city view rooms, overall everyone likes clean rooms, good health protocols, will come here Keep going.

Premium location, unfortunately not well maintained, order 2 rooms, 1 room refrigerator does not work, towels have a musty smell. The cleaning service rarely patrols. Cold AC, fast shower, good wifi, decent breakfast.

Staff nya semua helpful dan ramah. Makanan yang di pesan untuk room service juga enak semua. Pilihan breakfast nya juga enak. Terutama pastry nya fresh love it. Lokasinya di tengah Jakarta. I definitely had pleasant stay 💕
