Very difficult to get into the hotel, so many road closure and very small twin bed size.

It was an uncommon instance that the entrance access still on repairing gradually, however we have anticipate by opening the access from the next building to enter into the hotel area and the alternate direction has displayed in the default entrance gate. We really appreciate the assessment and feedback that you have given about the size of the bed in the room. For the twin bed in our 18 m2 sized room has follow the regular standard of bed size however we have offered the one large bed if it's required upon requested. Once again, we thank you for your review and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to show our best changes again. We look forward to welcoming you back to favehotel Karawang.

Overall both the fabulous and fun rooms are OK, quite clean and well functioned. But, one of the air con is not cold enoigh and curtains a bit dusty. However, the hotel staff are responsive.

We are happy that you enjoyed a good moment during your stay at our fabroom and Funroom however we apologize for the inconvenience about the air conditions and the dusty curtains.We have immediately checked and coordinate with the preventive and maintenance team to repair the AirCon accordingly and the housekeeping team to re-dusting the curtains so that the inconvenience that you experience will not happen again. We will also conduct refreshment training to our colleague to be more thorough in preparing the room readiness. We hope that on your next visit we can provide a better service.
