I swear there are many better hotels priced at 300! The first smoking room doesn't have a blower, there's not even air circulation! Imagine trying. The bathroom smells really bad, the shower faucet is broken and there's no hot water, the pillows are dirty, there's no bathroom mat. Second room, quite clean but the AC wasn't cold, the blower didn't work, luckily there was a window, but the shower was just as rotten. Many of the interiors have faded wallpaper.

Disappointed with the services and facilities provided. Even though I had booked 4 days in advance, but when the check-in time the room was not available so I had to wait. After waiting for a long time, I finally got a room, but when I got to my room I didn't get any facilities such as soap, shampoo and toothbrush which should be standard 3 star hotel facilities, and when I contacted the receptionist he said that soap is currently not available ️ And there's not even a water heater for making drinks and they say supplies are limited. My question: what is the function of deposit money? What if the facilities provided are limited and there are no snacks and others?

When I wanted to check in, I waited a long time, it seemed that the room was not ready. I think the service is lacking, we ate for free, only 2 people wanted to be billed for 1 more because they came with the child even though only 2 people ate, until I told them to check the restaurant's CCTV. This is the worst experience I have ever used. Very uncomfortable, others, please think again if you want to stay here. Very not recommended.

Bedsheet is dirty, no soap & toothpaste & toothbrush supply, room is smelly. Book & paid for 3 nights but already check out on 2nd day.

The room is comfortable, soundproof too. Pillows are still a bit hard. The shower water for hot water doesn't work. The flow is not fast, so far it can be used for bathing. Friendly service. Room service is fast response. It's good to unwind.

Incidentally the room I was in, the TV was broken, the hotel staff replaced the TV immediately, the room was also spacious.
