Facilities are not satisfactory. AC hot. towels are not suitable to use. toiletries not available. The bed linen is dull or is no longer suitable for use. What I'm complaining for is the standard room type. Please improve the future so that consumers are comfortable, thank you.

The toilet was really dirty, the elevator didn't work, the lock key in the door is stuck, the receptionist desk kinda weird because it was dark and they didn't turn on the light. The air conditioner wasn't work well. Yet the room service was good but the hotel was worst. And this was the worst hotel ever that I ever stayed.

Actually I didn't want to use this hotel, but because there was a big event in Manado, all the good and livable hotels were full, so I was forced to use this hotel. Strategic hotel, unfortunately less attractive. The receptionist is on the 2nd floor, with slow attendant. The lobby seemed bleak and musty. The rooms given are not the same as those shown on Traveloka sites. Room space is very narrow. The layout is not functional. The walls are full of stains, in every corners of room full with dust and cobwebs. Bathroom was very dirty and smelled, the washbasin didn't work, and the water that came out of the shower was very little. I suggest Traveloka to inspect the hotels offered on the site once in a while, so that the facilities at these hotels match the hotel profile on the site, then give feedback to the hotels for improvements. And for Divachk Hotel, if you offer services, please improved it according to hotel standards. So, that guests or users are not disappointed. Thank you

First I booked room for double bed (there are 2 options, the cheaper one is twin bed standard room, so I choose the superior double bed) but when I arrived they only have twin bed room. After some debate, I accept to stay for a night. Then this is my review: - the lift can't go upstairs even using the card. It must using pin code by the bell boy. You can imagine when you go down and can't find him anywhere. - no pillow covers, no towel, no soap. - the tv channel is bad, you can't watch any channel. - the bathroom is dirty and smell. I'm wasting idr 580.000 for this bad hotel. Very not recommended. Don't wasting your money for this hotel.
