A very unpleasant incident while staying here, really traumatized me, because at 3 pm the door was knocked repeatedly without mentioning who it was, another guest who checked in at 3 pm turned out to be in the wrong room and what I knocked on my room, with this incident I complained to the receptionist at 3.30 that night. And in the morning I called back at 6.30 in the morning casually on behalf of the supervisor, he said you have nothing to lose, this person is too arrogant in his words, the supervisor should be smarter than the usual staff, the staff is actually very friendly and gave me a good explanation. Please don't let this happen again like me. Thank you

Customer service, requires me to use the application to get the price according to the application, while the cellphone turns off when I want to book in the application, it rains, I have to look for Indomart then charge the cellphone, book directly and then go to Alfamart again to pay + pay immediately. Cash from wallet. It's like asking for a guarantee, while the money has run out in my wallet, not yet at the ATM, at Alfa Indomart I don't think there should be a guarantee. When they arrived at the hotel, they asked for a guarantee of Rp. 100 thousand for collateral, earlier he didn't say when he asked for a booking via the application, while on a rainy day people have to look for an ATM again. Finally, he insisted that he could but had to hold on to his ID card. Guests will give up on services like that, people have clearly paid for the booking until the slip from the alpha I gave to the cs, it's still complicated.

Check in gampang, minta kamar alias request tetap dikasih. Keren. Ntar kalau liftnya dah jadi, makin gampang naik-naik ke kamar di lantai atas. Worth sih ini
