The receptionist is okay, the room is okay, the sink is a bit not good, the air conditioner was not cold at first but at night it was quite cold, the swimming pool was clean, the parking lot was spacious, there was a cafe, there was a basketball court. Anyway, I don't regret staying here, next time I will definitely come here again.

Delicious food. Decent room. Only the sheets are not white and clean. Maybe because of yesterday's pandemic. Then at night the AC sounded. So I can't sleep. Overall okay, the hotel is according to price and friendly. I want to tell you, I stayed 2 nights. On the second day, my family and I swam at 9.30 - 10.15. After swimming, we were surprised because the room was cleaned, all the towels were tidied up. Even though I didn't order it and all my stuff was in the room. I'm complaining, because my privacy is freely entered without permission. The hotel has apologized. Hope it doesn't happen again with CS. Then, the second night, my children and I played cards in the room, my husband was at the cafe while working on assignments. At 9.30-10.30, there were 5 loud knocks on our door. When opened there is no one. I immediately VC my husband thought he was doing it, apparently not, still at the cafe. 5 times my child went back and forth to open the door, no one. I immediately complained to the hotel. They are also confused. I don't know who is fad, animate or not.

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable for family vacations or events, quite a lot of facilities from basketball courts, tennis, swimming pools, playgrounds, cafes, and others. I ordered a quadraple room that fits 4-5 family members, requested a mountain view room, room 321 but I didn't see Mount Salak, maybe because it was covered in fog. Hopefully next time I can get a view of the mountain.

The place is nice, clean and the facilities are decent but for breakfast at 8 am, for example, rich fruit and dim sum have run out and are not filled, it's a bit stingy, but it's okay the service is friendly, thanks.

The rooms are okay neat but there are still a few dirty stains on the bed linen. In terms of entertainment facilities, it is better to improve both the operating hours and the staff on standby in the billiards and karaoke rooms. The swimming pool is okay and the basketball court is okay too.

The rooms are okay and comfortable according to the picture. Suggestion: the swimming pool may lack circulation. The chlorine feels very hard.
