5 Stars Hotels in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia

The staff is friendly but had some issues and problem. First is when they said the available room is only smoking area while I already requested special note for non smoking due to I bring child, they said is both in the note. Not sure whose fault. Then the parking lot is very bad. The hotel also conducted several events meeting but the parking space is very very limited. My room AC also not working well, they use central AC but we need to control with remote. But then I cannot control the temperature and can only control the fan. The first night is okay, but the second night is freezing but nothing I can't do because I cannot set the temperature. The other good thing is they have proper child playground.

Stayed for 2 nights at family room, the room was spacious & my kids lovin it. But sadly on the last day the AC was leaking so badly it makes out room very wet & slippery. Food was OK, the staff are friendly.

Nice place & location. Great services.

The hotel was clean, and location in the central, easy to find a food, swimming pool is spacious. We will come back when need to go to tasikmalaya.

Air panas nya kurang standby, selebihnya oke 🙏.
