Kebersihan bed bisa lebih ditingkatkan, supaya bau harum bersih sprei, sarung bantal, selimut, dll. Utk kondisi kamar tidur dan kamar mandi oke, bersih.

Restaurant/room service tertulis tutup jam 21:00 dan last order jam 20:30 tapi belum ada jam 20:00 ternyata koki nya sudah pulang, padahal mau order makanan. Akhirnya pesen makanan online deh. Untuk deluxe room ruangannya besar walaupun sudah tambah extra bed.

Now. No clean. Your towel very dirty. I din't have picture.

AC no remote control, and until check out, no solution. Lighting in central room need improve for more bright.

His hotel was very dirty, from an uncemented bathroom, a hard door to close, and a chain-order breakfast, but apparently there was no breakfast. I am very disappointed in this hotel. This is my first and last sleepover here.
