I ordered 3 rooms. For 1 junior many wild animals enter the room like worms, geckos, frogs, mice. While in 1 more room the roof leaked. Luckily it rained last night. For a very good view and there are swimming pool facilities. I hope the room can be paid more attention by the manager.

Tempatnya bagus. Viewnya juga bagus. Hanya saja servicenya tidak bagus. Kopi disediakan tp sendoknya buat ngaduk tidak disediakan. Air panas buat mandi, mesinnya rusak. Sudah janjian buat benerin tidak tepat waktu. Alhasil mandi air dingin, padahal suhu udara sangat dingin. Plis tempat sebagus itu dibenerin lagi lah servicenya. Sangat disayangkan kecewa karena slow respon dari pengelolanya.

The room was dirty and creepy. The water heater was not working properly. The good point was that the staffs were very polite and friendly.

It was super confusing. No staffs at all, I have to call them multiple times to check-in and escort to the cottage. Room is definitely unkempt, no basic amenities etc. Not worth your stay.

Tidak seindah yang dibayangkan, viewnya sih bagus di villa bambu, dan ternyata karena sepi saya ditawarkan di mapple house, sarapannya nasi kuning di pinggir jalan, jadi kalo nginep mending ga usah include breakfast. Disekitarnya banyak villa-villa yang disewakan juga, satu lokasi dengan villa air.
