The bed cover has some yellow stains. Windows curtain is torn. Thick dust in kitchen set cabinet. Cleanliness need to be highly improved. These issues has been reported to receptionist and cleaning service but no good response to improve. Seems that the guest must accept that "bad condition" with no other option.

I really enjoyed it. Comfortable, private. Moreover, I like sports. The gym has complete equipment, the swimming pool is comfortable, the rooms are clean. Anyway, recommended for a staycation.

Quite worth it for the price under 250k. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only the location is far from the main road. So if you want to eat you have to order a motorbike taxi online to leave the hotel area. The food court inside the apartment is also limited.

Recommended place to stay in Cikarang! Clean, tidy, complete facilities, super good service. Get a room on the 20th floor with a beautiful city view.

At first, try to take a standard room, it's only very small, so we upgraded to a superior suite, the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, the housekeeping and receptionist services are quite friendly, the pool and garden are very well maintained. Super comfortable, it's just that in the bath room the floor likes to flood because the drain on the bathroom floor doesn't work optimally. But everything is very comfortable and clean is also quite satisfying.

Proses check in nya tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Kamarnya super bersih, nyaman, amenities lengkap. Ada mesin cuci juga. Hanya untuk fasilitas kolam renangnya saja yang airnya agak keruh dan seperti berminyak di kulit, mungkin karena malam sebelumnya hujan. Tapi, menginap di Azalea Suites ini memang sangat nyaman untuk kami yang perlu suasana yang tenang dan tidak bising. Pasti kami akan kembali lagi untuk menginap di sana.

Pelayanan hotel kurang sengaja cek-in 15.57 masa kamar masih belum ready padalah jam terakhir cekout jam 12.00 masa dalam kurun waktu 4 jam kamar ga ready, dan tertahan 50 menit di lobby
