It 's a good hotel, however appearance is getting old & especially rooms need renovation to new modern update. Me & family stayed for 1 night only and found dead baby cockroach on the bed, thankfully we brought our own sheets! Overall it 's good hotel, however for my next visit I would prefer a different hotel.

It 's an old hotel, smell weird, dark, cleanliness can be improved tho the location is good.

This was our fourth stay at the Aston Pontianak. The staff, service and food were all as good you could expect. We thoroughly enjoyed the Garden Lounge by day and at night listening to some easy listening music. My home away from home when in Pontianak is the Aston. Thanks again to Ricky and all the staff who made this stay a very enjoyable one.
