Restaurant cook took so long, shower drain clogged, limited equipment for fitnes, and theres outdoor ac unit facing balcony. I don't know how they maintained it

I really enjoyed staying here, I also regretted last night, from the start when I arrived I was greeted warmly and given a dinner voucher along with a voucher for a welcome drink, birthday cake and so on, you can leave the meat stored in the refrigerator, and you can also ask to warm up the children's food, and it's amazing for you. the breakfast is all delicious, the sushi is available and it tastes delicious, there are many I can't mention one by one, next time I want to stay here longer, no need to go to another hotel because here is enough because you can go to the beach, 😁, this is real, I'll give you a review, Don't hesitate if you want to stay here, it's nice and satisfying.

Pengalaman yang memuaskan selama menginap di aston bali memang aston is the best dimanapun berada pasti service paling ok lokasi strategis dkt ke pantai sarapan luar biasa enak n banyak pilihan stay 2 hari brasa kurang banget kamar nyaman dapet compliment free lunch to 2 orang karena menunggu ketersediaan kamar 30 mnt

Untuk pelayanan sangat bagus, tapi sayang roomnya agak tua seperti kurang termaintain, hari pertama saya dapat kamar AC rusak lalu pindah ke kamar yang seperti jarang dipakai/hanya untuk backup agak debu dan sempat ada kecoa, untung Mas/Mbak housekeepingnya gercep datang, dan besoknya kita minta make up room, oleh bagian housekeeping sepertinya dibersihkan dengan baik jadi hari-hari berikutnya oke-oke aja, thanks 🙏

Thank you for the review you wrote for us. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay with us. For rooms at our hotel, we are currently carrying out a project to refresh the rooms affected during the pandemic. We will pay more attention to training, supervision of our housekeeping performance, especially the issue of room cleanliness. In terms of engineering, we have carried out regular maintenance for our AC maintenance, only because of natural factors (close to the beach), our AC corrodes faster, so we decided to replace the AC gradually every month. Our pest control has carried out more detailed treatment, to ensure there are no cockroaches or other insects in the hotel area.
Hopefully we can convince you again to stay with us in the future.
