Great Place. I stayed at Harper for a business trip and was very impressed with the hotel. The location is perfect, startegis. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in San Francisco.

Bad, very very bad bad bad bad.

The hotel room is not comfortable, very dusty and smells musty, there are traces of bread under it, the towels smell, there is no AC remote, the TV is also broken, the mattress smells musty, there are no footcloths in the bathroom.

The toilet is clogged, the sheets have never been changed a week.

I always stay here when I'm in Banjarmasin. Besides being safe, comfortable and fun, the service is very simple and doesn't bother the customer. We feel taken care of, plus a place of worship that is very close. Stay and give alms to orphans. What an amazing experience.
