Family suite is kind of old furnish amd building. Need maintenance.

Needed a hotel for my transit trip in Jakarta, was assisted by Irfan and the other team, super friendly, Very accommodating, room was clean and smelt great, will definitely be back when I'm in Jakarta.

Comfortable, clean, tidy and quite.

It was a bad stay. I was literally sleeping when someone knocked on my door and even attempted to go inside. It was 11:30 PM, and the staff said they wanted to check on the AC, claiming it was broken before. I was rather angry with the situation, as the AC was completely normal. Aside from that, the surrounding rooms had rather eerie sounds and voices that kept me from sleeping that night. I woke up in an angry mood, unable to muster a smile for the staff, and drove away as soon as I could.

Very recommended. Like to share to my friend and family.

The location was good! But the hotel can be better. The water heater doesn't work. And the room was a bit dirty, there 's a lot of spot at the carpet. Remember I book this hotel a view year back was soo much better!
