The air conditioner was leaked but the staff response it immeadiately then we got upgraded room.

The staff were all terrific and friendly. My room was very clean and I enjoyed the pool.

Room AC is not working well, not cool and even noisy. Swimming pool is very terrible, dirty, and not able to be used. There is also leakong water drop in the bath room. One good thing is the staffs hospitality and ready to accept complaints. Anyway, as the only 4-stars hotel in Cilacap, Aston Inn should put more attention on detailed facilities.

The prices don't match, and the receptionis are not very friendly.

Book two rooms can no. 16 and 18, the bathroom water is cloudy and rather salty, for room no. 16 the smell of cigarettes, even though we have no one smoking. For friendly service, get fried rice breakfast, fast check-in.
