Very good breakfast, and the place very close with Kuningan City mall, so easy for me to apply visa.

I think food is not good, improve more taste.

We stayed during Lebaran 2024, gak ramai dan fasilitas tetap bersih terjaga. Nice experience:).

They gave me 4th floor. Have to have stairs each time. Room provided was so old and moist, bathroom clogged. Immediately asked to change room on the next day.

The staff is very friendly, the room are clean. Will definitely comeback again.

The place is nice and clean. One bad point is hard to get Grab or Gojek.

If you are looking for a short or long-term stay, I recommend choosing Sanur Elok Residence. The room and facilities are clean. The place is located in Kuningan-Sudirman area (middle of Jakarta), so everything is nearby by public/online transportation.

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.

The staff was friendly. However, the room itself had an unpleasant smell and the room where I was assigned did not have very good connection. I could not connect to the WiFi provided unless I went outside the room to the lobby.
