I don't like the service from the staff, not showing a good hotelier and good attitude, especially the staff that in charge in the front desk at the morning. They are not realize how important the guest to always stay comfort in their accommodation.

Very satisfied with all the hotel facilities & services the atmosphere of the rooms and the atmosphere of the hotel are quite interesting. The service was very friendly from check in to check out. Please always keep improving

Staff not friendly. Lots of rubbish under the mattress. The mattress sheets were not clean, there were still lots of stains.

The staff were not friendly, especially the security guard, instead of helping with directions, he even told them to. The room was dirty and sandy and the bed sheets were really dirty. If there are other options for staying, it's better to choose another place. It's true that the price is cheap, but you still have to provide good service. Cheap in terms of facilities, not service. You can see for yourself from the photos.
