The staff is very friendly, and the location is easy to access. The room is generally clean, but some of the damp walls could be fixed, and some of the beddings (like the yellowing bedcover, should be cleaned or changed). Overall, this is a very nice hotel for the price.

Lokasi agak di luar kota, cocok utk tempat transit. Makanan saat sarapan OK, cukup variatif. Ruangan bersih. Kalau kondisi penuh, lift sering penuh. Saat akan check in sekitar jam 14.30, kamar belum siap. Perlu menunggu 30 menitan. Saat masuk kamar, keset blm ada. Menunggu 30 menitan lg.

Receptionist was not helpful at all & rude. Toilet was dirty not being clean properly, bed not in good condition. Not proper place for stay.
