Uncomfortable, the exhaust sound is noisy, the bathroom floor is not clean, the service is expensive, the stove smells of gas, limited plugs.

Be careful for those who want to stay here. There is only the option of paying at check-in later, you will be asked to pay for the room again + deposit only cash via transfer! Later there will be someone else to deliver the keys, the schedule is arbitrary, he also initially asks when he wants to be delivered, in the end, it's all with the others. The funny thing is that when you pay to Traveloka, it is a guarantee or a fine if you don't stay overnight which will be returned 5 working days, the deposit is returned by the hotel 7 working days. Staying here is like saving a stock without interest.

Management is not clear. Be careful who wants to stay here, because later you will be asked to pay a transfer of the room price + a 300 thousand deposit to a different account number than the one listed in the hotel description. Better watch out for scams.

1. Menunggu setengah jam lebih untuk nunggu yang bawa kunci (padahal udah janjian jamnya) plus udah jam 4 lewat. 2. Air galon habis dan tidak ada itikad mengganti, malah alasannya karena pemegang kunci sudah banyak schedule malah aku disuruh beli di minimarket. Bukan soal uang, tapi soal etika.

Pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya terima. Sebelum check in saya sudah kontak pengurus apartemen akan tetapi mereka tidak memberikan informasi yang lengkap. Alahasil hari h kita harus bingung tower yang mana unit yang mana? Plus ada deposit 300rb yang dimana akan dikembalikan setelah 7 hari kita check out. Aturan macam apa itu. Sofa sudah robek-robek; Tidak ada air panas. Di foto ada gambar kolam renang nyatanya access card tidak bisa ke lantai tempat kolam renang bersama. Tidak ada wifi.
