The deposit was not returned immediately and was not returned in full because they did not use the same bank. If you wanted to check in at 14.00, you were told to wait 2 hours so you could check in at 16.00. It's better to read the details first.

Service from cs apatel is not satisfactory, slow response. In the apart room there is a toilet seat that has not been installed (new), the bed is just sitting on it.

Billed for a deposit of 300,000, the return deposit is long, the room has the owner's belongings, the apatel staff is not friendly, slow response. The bed is just sitting on, there is a sound, there is no hot water for the shower, there is no drinking water, there is no wifi, the mobile signal is bad, parking is difficult and expensive.

We are asked to pay a 300 thousand deposit (to be honest, very expensive, usually 100 thousand checks out are returned) and have checked out yet the money has not been returned I try to ask for a wait and will it not be returned from the apatel? Please help how it goes, for cleanliness, there are very few used drinking bottles, some leftover towels are used, the old sheets are hidden in the cupboard , please help to return the deposit π

Honestly this is the worst apartment and stay I've ever had. Not really recommended to stay here. The first one I was told was a fraud because there was no cash and I didn't use banking. The marketing is like people can't use good language. And what's even worse is that I asked to check in at 13.00 and I was given the key at 14.20. It's crazy, just imagine what kind of person he is doing. This chat is over there, this chat is over there again, alluding to bragging, wow. And as long as you know that the room smells really musty, there is no air freshener at all, the sheets also don't smell good, really, there's no wifi. I swear this is the craziest and worst apartment I've ever encountered.

The worst experience during the stay, with a 300 deposit requested (and a return guarantee for 3 days), the service is very bad, the unit is also ordinary, nothing special. The sheets and towels were not replaced (used by people), the handover of the keys was very impolite.
