The location is quite strategic and safe, the unit is clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool and children's pool as well. Recommended for lodging facilities while on holiday in Jakarta.

1. Initially we checked in at 18.30 but were told to wait in the lobby. After half an hour of no clarity, I called the apartment and the staff. But it's a shame the apartment's unprofessionalism, my phone was not picked up 9 times. I was only promised a call back. After a long debate and waiting we finally got in. After entering the room, I finally understood, the room we ordered was given to someone else. Even though we have ordered and paid via the application. Our order room 09B10 was exchanged with another room. So during that almost 1 hour, they prepared a changing room at 09B01.2. The deposit system is strange and detrimental. We are told to transfer to BCA bank for 300K for customers from different banks, admin fees will be charged. So I transferred to a different bank, I was charged Rp. 2,500 and the refund of my deposit was deducted by Rp. 6,500 without sending a receipt. The strange thing is that the deposit is sent no later than 3 days after checking out. Lessons for those who want to stay in this apartment again, please consider again.

Tidak adanya keset kaki, peralatan masak min panci tidak tersedia, wifi tidak berfungsi, remote set box tidak berfungsi, semoga dapat perhatian lagi untuk owner ya. Sehingga penyewa lebih nyaman setidaknya mau merekomendasikan ke kerabat jika mau menginap daerah sekitar.
