Stay here because there is an event around here, easy check-in, free parking, just ask for a stamp, the room is spacious, but looks old and rarely used. The water heater in the morning is hard to heat, and the water is initially black, the floor also feels a lot of dust if you don't wear sandals, the mattress in the main room falls a little (?) so my mother was shocked when she went to bed early, but after that it was no problem. There is only one TV and not many channel choices. At first, only 2 towels were provided, but you just had to ask for additional ones. Early in, they were given snacks and bottled tea, the second day they were given a rich breakfast, a very nice gesture. Bowls and utensils for cooking are provided. The good thing is that this is one page with the citos so eating just doesn't take up to 2 minutes on the citos. I haven't tried the swimming pool but it is available. Overall the room is very spacious, but modern facilities (?) such as wifi should be updated, some parts of the room may need to be renovated. But the service is very good, that part is maintained, the problem is if there is a complaint it is immediately responded to.

Positive. - Directly located in Citos. - Responsiveness of the engineering team – very quick. Negative. - No one mentioned that the only access is by using the back entrance and not entering Citos and going to the back – I made that mistake and needed to carry my luggage to the apartment, because they made a barrier so that people visiting the apartment and club facilities would have plenty of parking – divided from the Citos parking area.- The receptionist just sat there didn't want to assist with the door or with the luggage – very passive, drop dead lazy and when I asked why no one could inform regarding this he just laughed. - The apartment. Wow its dated tired and its dirty. TV didn't work, stove didn't work, even the gas lighter didn't work. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room or even bathtub as advertised. TV finally could only receive local channels. Pillows are stained, like someone poor something on top of it, and no one bothered cleaning or replacing it.- Stayed 3 nights – first day bed wasn't made up.- Bathroom – shower head is dirty never been cleaned, there is no shower curtain, and just ½ roll of toilet paper. Towels are dated. Simple suggestion, To whoever reads this from the management – please check your rooms prior to check in and please make sure the rooms are prepared correctly. I know CHSE is a thing of the past for most, but it would be good to still use those standards in cleaning your rooms – you can make small changes. Change the pillow casings in the living room, check if everything is working.

The place is spacious, the rooms are also comfortable. Older types of apartments where all the rooms are spacious. The supporting equipment is very complete, there is a refrigerator, mini kitchen, dining table and sofa. If you need something easy, just walk to Cilandak town square.

Honest review during a 1 night New Year's stay in 2023, super duper recommendation. 1. Spacious parking (if you bring a vehicle, don't forget to ask for a stamp so it's free) 2. Very top service, all friendly pol. 3. Get lots of snacks and drinks when you check in (don't know if this only applies at the end of the year or what) 4. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean. (facilities: stove, match fridge, and other kitchen tools) 5. Cold air conditioner, clean terrace and safe for children. 6. The swimming pool is very clean and spacious, the rinse rooms are clean and plenty. Busy staycation, crowded again, definitely coming back here.

The hotel is next to Citos. Just walk and get there. The room is spacious. The bathroom has a bath tub but the shower needs to be repaired. Got it on the hook so it got a lot of views. It's good and access is also easy. If you want to have a staycation with your family, that's okay.
