= PERATURAN UNIT =

1. Waktu Check In paling cepat pukul 14.00 ( Jam 2 Siang ).

2. Waktu Check Out paling lambat pukul 12.00.

3. Pada saat reservasi Tamu/ Penyewa Wajib meninggalkan Kartu Identitas Sebagai Jaminan dan mengisi Form Reservasi.

4. Keterlambatan Check Out akan dikenakan Sangsi/Denda Min. Rp. 50.000/ Jam.
Jika melebihi dari 6 jam maka akan dikenakan denda biaya sewa 1 hari sesuai harga unit yang berlaku.

5. Jika ingin memperpanjang sewa tamu/ Penyewa wajib melapor selambat-lambatnya sebelum Pukul 10.00.
Jika lewat dari jam 10.00 tidak ada informasi perpanjangan sewa maka tamu di anggap Check Out.

6. Tamu/ Penyewa wajib menjaga kebersihan & Property yang ada didalam unit, Jika terjadi kerusakan.
maka Tamu/ Penyewa bertanggung jawab atas mengganti kerugian atas kerusakan tersebut.

7. Dilarang membuat keributan didalam unit yang mengakibatkan terganggunya unit lain,
Jika melanggar maka pihak managemen berhak mengeluarkan Tamu /Penyewa tanpa pengembalian biaya sewa.

8. Dilarang keras melakukan tindakan kriminal atau perbuatan melanggar hukum, seperti :
- Membawa/ Mengkosumsi Narkoba didalam Unit
- Membawa/ Mengkosumsi Minuman keras kedalam Unit
- Melakukan Praktek Protitusi / Asusila lainnya di dalam Unit.
Jika terjadi hal tersebut maka pihak managemen berhak mengeluarkan Tamu/Penyewa dan melaporkan
kepihak yang berwajib.

9. Dilarang keras membawa senjata api atau senjata tajam ke dalam Unit.

10. Tamu/ Penyewa Wajib menjaga barang bawaan masing-masing, Pihak managemen tidak bertanggung jawab atas
Harta benda yang dibawa oleh Tamu/ Penyewa.

11. Pada Saat Check Out Tamu/ Penyewa Wajib mengembalikan Kunci dan Akses kepada Managemen
