It was a pleasure staying here, comfortable and very good service. The FO was also friendly and responded quickly and was very helpful, I was helped by Mas Shamil and Mbak Anisa when checking in at the hotel, security also responded quickly. The breakfast menu is very good, lots of choices and delicious, the hotel is in the city center and is close to everywhere.

Staying here is quite comfortable with a price of around 300 including breakfast. The hotel is strategically located on the side of the road so it is easy to access everywhere. The view from the room is pretty good. But the hotel hallway lights are a bit dark so it makes the impression of fear. In the room there is no coffee/tea maker but there is a dispenser outside.

Worst experience! Book 2 rooms. At 2.30 there were no rooms yet. It's late afternoon. Hadeh. Got a room that had not been cleaned. The room floor is sticky. It seems like the curtains have never been washed. The bed sheets have stains. This is the first time I've stayed at Amaris. If you want coffee, you have to pay.

The room smelled of cigarettes, I got dizzy, had a sore nose and was nauseous because the smell of cigarettes was too toxic. Even though I only stayed for a few hours, I checked in at 00.30, I had contacted the room readiness earlier in the afternoon, but the room I was given was very uncomfortable. It's very uncomfortable to rest. Even though I had paid for the room in advance, the room given was bad. When you enter the room, the smell of cigarettes is very strong. The room was dirty and looked like it wasn't prepared for hotel guests, it looked haphazard. Initially the purpose of staying was to rest, but it turned out that I couldn't really enjoy rest and sleep because the smell of cigarettes was too strong and circulation was poor.

Buat yang pengen staycation di Jakarta, Hotel Amaris ini bisa menjadi salah satu pilihan. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan beberapa mall (Sarinah, Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City dan Pasar Senen), dekat dengan Minimarket, stasiun MRT, Monas, Gambir, dan lain-lain. Dengan jalan raya yang tidak terlalu ramai jadi ramah buat yang pengen jalan-jalan atau olahraga di sekitar hotel. Breakfast disediakan dengan menu yang cukup lumayan enak, bisa early check-in selama masih ada, welcome drink teh/kopi buat yang baru dateng. Pas check out, kita masih nunggu jadwal kereta, juga diperbolehkan menitipkan beberapa tas di Amaris. Terima kasih, besok pasti kembali. Thanks to kak Shamil untuk pelayanannya sangat luar biasa.
