Great stay at Aloft South Jkt. All the crew were so friendly and helpful. Fast response to my request. We were having a great time and lucky us to have the best room. We enjoyed our time watching fireworks from the balcony and also singing along with the live music upstairs (great singer with great song decisions). Even though there was a new year countdown upstairs, the windows shut off almost 90% of the noise so my 4mo baby could sleep very well. The food and the restaurant team were also great, they prepared additional space for breakfast at the ballroom since the restaurant was filled. We will definitely stay here again someday. Hope is still great or even more and better than yesterday. Thank you Aloft!

Everything was good. Business trip can be so seamless and got a good rest. One thing, QR code for in-room dining seems didn't work well. Hopefully the QR can improve so that guest can see all the menus.

Best hotel in South Jakarta! Always loved our stay here. Hotel room is always clean, staffs are all friendly, and we love the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet is also A+. This is our 3rd time staying here and Aloft never disappoints. Please keep up the awesome work ✨.

Clean room. But somehow I smell cigarettes/smoke from the bathroom, I guess from another room, I am not sure. But overall, it was a nice stay with my kids.

No parking at the lobby. The lift unconnected to the room, you have to stop to the car park then to loby, continue to room lift. The car park so weird, small and sting. The room so so. If you come here and bring your car, or even you just with your kids with many stuff. 1. Make sure you are not drunk. 2. Left your stuff in the lobby and then park your car in the basement bikos no security there. 3. Bring your kids stroller, bikos if you park in the B1 it ' s quite far from the lift.
