PERATURAN VILLA 1. Pihak villa memerlukan deposit sebelum cek-in untuk jaminan kerusakan, deposit akan dikembalikan jika tidak ada kerusakan. Villa 3-5 kamar: Rp 1.500.000,00 Villa 6-8 kamar: Rp 2.000.000,00 (Tunai / transfer / debit) 2. Dilarang mabuk-mabukan/ memakai narkoba (muntah sembarangan, merusak properti villa, sampah berserakan dimana-mana, berisik/ menganggu tetangga). Apabila hal tsb terjadi, deposit akan diambil 100 3. Tamu yang berencana membawa dekorasi WAJIB melapor kepada pihak villa karena ada deposit tambahan sebesar Rp 3.000.000,00. (Terpisah dari deposit villa) Semua dekorasi WAJIB dibersihkan sebelum cek-out. Apabila dekorasi tidak dibersihkan, deposit akan diambil 100 4. Dilarang memindahkan furniture yang ada di dalam villa. Apabila ada furniture yang dipindahkan, tamu WAJIB mengembalikan furniture ke tempat semula. Apabila furniture ditemukan tidak dikembalikan ke posisi semula, deposit akan diambil 100 5. Kami tidak mengijjnkan sound system/ organ/ alat-alat yang akan menyebabkan kebisingan, karena villa-villa kami bersebelahan dengan tetangga. Mohon untuk tidak berisik terutama sesudah jam 9 malam, agar tidak mengganggu tetangga sekitar. Jika tamu tidak dapat bekerja sama dan menyebabkan keributan yang tidak dapat ditoleransi, maka pihak komplek perumahan akan mematikan aliran listrik dan air di villa tersebut. Jika masih berkelanjutan manajemen villa akan meminta tamu meninggalkan villa tanpa pengembalian uang. 7. Check-in pk 14.00, Check-out pk 12.00 (Harap check-out tepat waktu) Biaya tambahan berlaku untuk early check-in/ late check-out Pihak komplek Resor Dago Pakar telah menetapkan peraturan untuk villa yang beroprasi, dengan adanya maksimal jumlah tamu dan jumlah mobil. Batas kapasitas: 3 kamar: 9 orang(3 Mobil) 4 kamar: 12 orang(4 Mobil) 5 kamar: 15 orang(4 Mobil) 6 kamar: 18 orang(5 Mobil) 7 kamar: 21 orang(5 Mobil) 8 kamar: 24 orang(6 Mobil) (TIDAK BOLEH MELEBIHI KAPASITAS YANG TELAH DITETAPKAN. Jumlah kapasitas akan dilaporkan kepada pihak perumahan) Pihak villa berhak untuk membatalkan bookingan/ tidak memperbolehkan tamu untuk checkin apabila tamu tidak mengikuti aturan dan melebihi jumlah kapasitas dari yang ditetapkan.d
