Had a short and great stay. The staff is very nice and kind. Basic stuff like towel and soap are ready to use in the room, only toothbrush and toothpaste isn't available. Hotel room is also clean. They have shuttle bus to airport and it ' s free, make sure to check the schedule on reception. They can help you with wakeup call as well (PS; They will knock the door).
I went to bed at 21:30 and was woken up by a loud humming at 01:00. At first I thought it was someone with a carpet cleaner in the hall, but it was too regular a hum and too monotone and persistent. I tried to get back to sleep. No luck, At 03:00 or so I went downstairs and complained. I also asked for a change or room. The hotel was fully booked so not room change was possible. A maintenance person came to the room and it was determined that it was the faulty compressor of a neighbor room's a.c. He said nothing could be done. At 05:30 the neighbor finally turned off his/her air conditioner and I was able to get 20 min sleep since I had a flight to catch and my alarm went off at 05:50. I was exhausted all day and barely able to participate in the meetings I had in Kuala Lumpur. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Nord.
Having bad experience at my second stays, reception wasn't friendly no smile at all (different person with my first stay) expecting get the same treatment, there was a noice in the middle of night (the neighborhood held Karoke). Hope in my next stay will not happen again.
