    I got a unpleasant room and later on they change to other room. However I was required to go down to change the room card, and quite took time and effort. I meant a 4 stars hotel with this complexity and not really comfortable for the quest like this, not to mention that I took around 10 minutes to check in when arrived. They should make improvements in the procedure and room quality control.
