The hotel consistently provides tasty food even for dinner at the restaurant. Waiting time for dinner can use some improvement though. Amenities in condotel a little bit old, the teapot needs to be replaced. Kids love the swimming pool area. Elevators should reach B3. People bring luggage through emergency stairs.

I forgot my jacket in the bed room, and when I call the customer service, they said no jacket in the room. After some whatsapp chatting, they said the jacket wet and are laundrying. Normally, they should tell me my jacket are left, before I asked them. Also the room floor not clean, it felt like many sands.

The hotel location is good, in the centre near to many places, the check out time is the plus point to stay here, but the parking space is limited, but they prepare free valet services.
