When I checked in, I was immediately told I was booking via the application, I got a room on the top floor, I asked for a room downstairs, but I wasn't given it, even though it was difficult to bring the elderly up the stairs, even though I saw that until I checked out in the morning at 7, the room was also empty. Everything was dark like it wasn't filled in, the reason was already booked and the booking application was indeed written above in the application even though I didn't read it.

Secara suasana memang oke. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan terutama fasilitas kamar mandi dan kebersihan kamar. Serta hal yang bikin bingung saat petugas setempat ternyata tidak tahu kamar mana yang sudah di pesan. Makasih.
