First and foremost, the service that were provided was beyond excellence. The staffs are kind & professional and they ensured my satisfaction throughout my stay. Facilities wise, all rooms are equipped with bathtub which is a plus point! Rooms are clean, well maintained & provided all the necessities. Infinity pool that overlook the sea. Most importantly, it doesn't break your bank! I've accidentally left my passport and their staff was kind enough to contact me. This place deserve more recognition. Special thanks to a staff name Widiantari.

Ms. Fatmi and Mr. Kadek help me check in nicely and I had to take away my breakfast in the morning. Room are spacious and clean.

Amazing view but we were provided a very small room without AC while we paid for a big one and with AC. Eventually, we managed to get our normal room that was acceptable. AC didn't work well they provided standing fan for our stay. Breakfast was basic and cleanliness can be improved.

MaasyaaAllaah. The breathtaking view on this hotel was fulfilling our expectations. Amazing staffs with iconic ocean ambience and tropical breakfast made our stay perfectly memorable. Thanks pak Lalu and team for your kind hospitality and service.

the view from the room is great, but the air conditioner even after moved to the next room still the same, it does not cold enough. cleanliness so so.

Stunning view from every angle, we could see Mount Agung Bali, and 2 Gili Islands from the lobby and from our room. We stayed in family room, it was huge with 2 big beds, bathroom with waterfall style (kids loved it) and a very spacious living outdoor area with big sofa, TV (unfortunately the TV was broken, but it was no problem since we got the big screen scenery 😎), Breakfast very good, owner and the staff very friendly and helpful. But this hotel is not recommended for family who has little children because most area are not safe, stairs has no railings. Would love to come back.
