They need to pay more attention to its cleanliness. The towels I have got so many stains. It looks like blood but from the past since it turns brown already.

lift is not working, so I stay at 5th floor by stairs and the bathroom very dirty. very very not comfortable. so I go to store buy sprayer to clean up bathroom and the tv Channel not good too
