Villa in Cibaduyut

The smell was bad in parking area (basement). But overall the hotel is good for holiday.

Never stayed in this place very dirty.

Service not okay, lot of rules, very noisy.

Our expectation was too high. Read reviews, looks good. Once arrived. Even it 's too disgusting to take some pictures for complaining. Apartment building is new, but room looks like a 100 years old artefact and never been used. Well, what do you expect for a ~300k rupiah per night during lebaran holiday? No, better look for more decent options if you can.

Room dirty, smelly. Ac doesn't work.

At 8 am the lift was broken, so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. When we checked out, we found out it was 12 o'clock when we checked out. Keep calling in. If we pay after checkout time, there's no need to feel like we're being kicked out.

I'm so not coming back! very ugly hospitality. they keeps me waiting without any assist or further information. I am leaving right away! this is insane !

It's located on a very small road, bad environment, no parking area, small and dirty room, we booked for 3 nights but we only stayed there for 1 night and move to other hotel which only more expensive 20 thousand rupiah but has a good environment and better room.

Yuck. Rooms I got didn't same with the photo 's they share. They need no clean up everything and make sure — towel, bed, floor is clean for new customer, not the one used before. Ac and chiller didn't work as well and unfortunately the room is so smelly 🫠.
