Apartments in Orchard

Great location, beautiful room, friendy staff.

The room is very small even after I booked for the larger room.

Me and my 2 girls had a pleasant stay at the York. The check-in process was smooth, and we were lucky to have been upgraded to a larger room. This was our first stay in York Hotel and its access/strategic location (3 min walk to Orchard Road/Lucky Plaza/Paragon Mall.

Book for a whole week, and be able to see that some days are not being cleaned properly. Cup is not replace/clean.

It 's okay. Just a little bit small than I imagine. But so far I enjoy stay at the hotel.

Everything went well, easy check in procedure and helpful receptionist. Superb location and ambience. Very nice lobby and reception area. But, unfortunately the room that we stayed in not as good as we expected, the master lights can not be switched off, we have to call the staff and it took an ages to come and fix the lights, the view also blocked by other building. Overall, this hotel still recommended for everyone who's willing to stay near Orchard Road, especially for my Muslim's friend.

The location was very strategic and quite close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. We booked a family room, it turned out to be larger and more spacious than we expected. The bathroom was OK and quite big. The receptionists were friendly old uncles who praised my handwriting.
