Apartments in Kuala Nerus

Raia is currently under renovation, first impressions is poor and not feeling welcoming to Raia Hotel.

Room is not clean full of pasir. Breakfast spread is splendid.

Very very small room with basic amenities. Nice and friendly staff.

we booked the room with 2 queen beds that should house 4 persons, and yet are given only 2 towels. extra towels will be charged. there is no floor mat/towel to wipe our feet as we exit from the bathroom causing the floor outside the toilet to be wet and slippery. the toilet is smelly with water pooling even before we use the toilet. Room amenities are poor. Cups & saucers are dirty and of low quality. Would not recommend unless have too stay & no others hotels or resorts are available. So disappointed.

Perfect, near restoren and cafe, mosque, mall.

Nice staffs, nice hotel, nice room, nice environment.

Very near to TGG airport. Distance walking distance. 5-10 minutes to pantai teluk ketapang by car.
