The staff never smile with us, show to us that he doesn't care about his guest, just give a room's key for the guest and left. The room is very bad, dark and wet. The blanket and cushion was very dirty and smells bad. It looks like that they never change them.

Pros: The hotel is cleaner than other hotels in the price range, can be felt. Toilet paper for guests to use An An should be very ok. Beds, quilts, pillows feel very clean. The room has both air conditioner and wall fan, large bright windows. Disadvantages are the facilities that need to be repaired: the faucets are irregularly trimmed, the bathtub cannot push the drain button, the TV image is distorted not viewable (although I also do not need to watch TV). The bathroom door looking out onto the street cannot be locked, so it feels a bit unsettling because the door from the bedroom to the bathroom is not locked from the bedroom. In general I like the hotel because it is clean, lovely, unfortunately there is no red invoice available for me to travel to pay for business.

Great hotel: - Staff: The receptionist is cute and enthusiastic, she suggested that my sister change to a larger room with a very cheap surcharge, when we came down, she always greeted warmly. , and recommend to us the delicious shops of Hue. (The male receptionist at the night did not greet the guests, so he sat smoking a very objectionable look) - Room: Fully furnished, clean and airy. The room has a balcony so it is nice to go sightseeing. My room is on the 4th floor, so I have the opportunity to exercise. 😁 - Price: Cheap.

I came to check in late because I came back late for work, the reception room was not as good as the 3-star class, asked the owner to change the room, but no room locked the door, the smell was a little uncomfortable (something a little moldy), I have to leave the room and book another hotel. Unable to express the uneasiness of going to work late, but seeing a hotel like that, can only say the hotel is down very much, or the management is not good. In short, I'm not a little satisfied, not a little satisfied!
