Mình đặt phòng của The Grand Sg Aparts free gym nhưng tới nơi thì bên này thông báo phí để sử dụng hồ bơi và phòng Gym là 300,000/người. Khi đặt phòng bạn host không chủ động liên lạc confirm rằng đã nhận được booking hay chưa, cũng không thông báo mình sẽ gặp ai tại sảnh, thủ tục ra sao, mình phải là người chủ động liên lạc trước và chờ khá lâu để bên đây liên lạc lại. Phòng khá cũ và máy lạnh rất yếu, phòng khách rất nóng! Mình cần lò vi sóng cũng không thấy bên bạn ấy bổ sung dù trong booking căn hộ luôn có sẵn. Một trải nghiệm thật sự tệ! Và khu căn hộ này không welcome khách thuê ngắn ngày, tìm cách gây khó dễ và kể cả để bảng cấm dùng căn hộ để cho thuê ngắn ngày… Thật sự gây hoang mang khi tới nơi!
