The hotel's location was very strategic. Very near Ben Thanh Market and most of the shopping centers. Very accommodating staff. The buffet breakfast is ok. Lots of option. Very good price value. Will be staying here again in the future.

We would not recommend this hotel at all, will definitely not go there again and don't understand why it has 3 stars. First of all, ants and flies populate the room (at the last morning, we also detected a caterpillar I called “Huey”, a nice guy though). Our multi-legged friends visited us in the bathroom, the bedroom and even the bed. There were spiderwebs at the walls and in the closet. Also the joints between the bathroom tiles were dirty and there was mold in the sink and at the bathroom ceiling. The glasses provided for the toothbrushes were dirty. The towels and bedsheets had stains and there were holes in the bedsheets. The walls also had stains and the curtain was dirty. The fridge/“minibar” was empty, but because of the small stains of mold inside, I guess that's maybe for the best. Room service did change the towels left on the floor, but I guess had no eye for other details, e.g. when the soap was gone. The same piece of dirt behind the bathroom door I detected when we checked in was still there when we checked out three days later (and will probably stay there to see Hueys complete growth into a wonderful butterfly). At the breakfast buffet, we met our small friends again, the ants and flies were apparently also hungry and visited the restaurant with us. The Juice was made of powder. The “warm” dishes were cold, because they didn't put something to keep them warm underneath, and the tables and mats on it were sticky and also stained. The toilets next to the restaurant area were really dirty and no soap or opportunity to dry your hands was provided. Overall, we used the experience to harden us for our next stay in a bamboo hut in the jungle of Mekong Delta. Sadly, nearly all of the things I mentioned above could be avoided if the hotel paid just a little more attention to detail, cleanliness and hygiene. Yet it seems like they have no interest in the comfort of their guests.

We left our baggages there as we went there before check in time. When we come back, my money was stolen and when we asked to check the cctv and realised that my baggage was placed at a blind spot.

The room is totally different from the photo found in the website. Breakfast choices very limited. But the staff are friendly and its very close to Bui Vien Street.

The Hotel is new and the room is very clean and comfort, breakfast buffet is amazing and many choices beside you can order 2 main dishes from the kitchen for free. Hotel location is in Pham ngu lao, so the club’s music can listen from your room a bit but for me that is not a big deal at all. All the staff very friendly and can speak english. I strong recommended this Hotel if you are looking for cheap, clean and comfortable room for your holiday in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice and clean hotel for price point. In a very convenient location that is close to everything. The staff are especially nice compared to other hotels in the area. We’ve been to VN lots of time so have quite a bit of experience with non-caring and unfriendly staff at other hotels. The friendliness of the staff here makes me think that management must treat them well since they all seem to be enjoying their jobs and not begrudgingly just doing their duties. The only downside of the hotel is that some of the rooms can be a bit noisy at night from the surrounding bars but the convenience to the nightlife makes up for it. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and wonderful staff!

All my friends very satisfied with this hotel service and good! They always serve in good smile, and able to speak English. Room is clean and spacious. Good location in District 1 and can go everywhere in walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and varieties. The charges for is reasonable. Strongly recommended!

The room is clean. Breakfast is awesome! Hotel staff are polite. Accessible and walking distance to the must see attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.
