Hotels near Mountain Tour (Hoàng Ngưu Sơn)

I have booked and paid through the app, do not understand the problem between the hotel owner and the room sales channel when checking in hotel is quite uncomfortable and confusing because of the price. I was annoyed at their way of speaking as if they were interrogating, not welcoming. It was a while after they talked to each other that I was allowed to check in.
