An absolute delight from the hotel 's staff. Every single one of them was super friendly and actively helpful. They held onto our luggages for us as we arrived earlier than expected, then moved them to our room later on. They also gave us drinking water (icy cold but no ice, so much better) to help with the heat, they kept refilling the glasses while we were waiting during our check in and check out times. They even cooled the room down for us before we checked in. These people have made us decide to stick with good hotels over AirBnB, given our experience. We don't normally tip as it 's not in our culture todo so but we do feel that these staff deserved tips and we kept pondering if we gave them enough for their services and hospitality. Very well trained personel!

The hotel was quite good comparing to its price: friendly staff, small but clean and convenient room, quite near to get tourist destinations (just about 1km from The Palace, the walking streets and many restaurants...) However, the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because of its too soft mattress that made me a back ache.

The staff is warm, cheerful, enthusiastic, and provides maximum support from outing instructions as well as places to eat, prices, and accompanying maps. The rooms have a vintage style from the past, with a bit of a European feel, so if you don't get used to it, you will feel old. There is no elevator, but the assistant staff carries the suitcases upstairs. Near the center, easy to go out, running through the capital only 3-4 minutes The air conditioner is cold, the bathroom has a soaking tub.

Although there may be some issues that make you uncomfortable during your stay, we really hope that you will enjoy your time with us and have memorable experiences. The reason the hotel does not have an elevator is because it is a rented house, the owner wants to preserve his historical architecture. The homeowner believes that building more elevators will compromise the integrity of the building's original design. Hope you can understand and sympathize with the hotel.

very friendly staff, pretty fast service. The room is quite clean and fully equipped. The hotel is close to the center, so traveling to the monuments is quite convenient

Jake Hotel is located on the front of the road, there is no car park, there is only parking parked in front of the hotel. Room and furniture were old, no elevator. Breakfast Instant noodles, egg op-la, fried rice. The only advantage is the hospitality staff attitude ... But I personally will not choose Jake Hotel again.
