The hotel was old and smelly. There was no fridge in the room. The elevator could go up to floor 4 and you have to walk up stairs to higher floors. Breakfast was so much basic and plain with 4 sets. Guests were requested to deposit 500 baht per room. No telephones were working in all 4 of the rooms we were staying in. Internet connection and speed was on and off and slow. The lobby was clean and splendid but the room floors had bad smell. There were no toothbrushes, indoor slippers, no coffee or tea bags, no electric kettle and even no extra sockets for cellphone charging. The only good point is that the hotel is right next to the metro station for inner-city moving and a railway station so that you can take a train to other cities and provinces.
