The room is very spacious. The location is great, near to public transpo and tourist spots. The people are very friendly. Highly recommend place to stay when in bangkok.

Actually, I didn't like the location of this guest house, because there is in a small street. And if you want to hangout you must order grab or walk to the bus stop. But I like the staff (Pim), she is very nice and helpful for everything. For breakfast, there are bread, fried rice, fruit and coffee or tea. For the room was standard, but it's okay, I like it. For laundry service not good, because my clothes are not neatly ironed.
