Easy to find and near Motorway section from Hua Yai toll. Quick check-in and out. Good hotel to stay among Thai and foreigners. Clean room and good bed preparation for 3 members. 3 wide pools and fresh condition with tall trees. Very delicious breakfast and good service mind for all. Now, the new building constructed at the front side

The room I got is not the same as in the picture when I booked with the website. It decorated with dark brown furniture which make room feel dark. Great breakfast choices and nice resort atmosphere with space.

Nightmare! OK, let's start with the positive things … the staff is friendly and the pool is nice. The beach is good too. That's it! Things went wrong directly after check in. Both key cards didn't work and the hotel staff couldn't open the hotel door. Luckily a maid was nearby to open our door. This happen sometimes so not a big deal to me and the lobby boy said he will bring immediately new key cards. However … He didn't show up again! After waiting 30min I decided to go to the beach with my son. When we came back after 1 hour still no new key cards. So we headed to the lobby to get them by ourselves. After that we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Since there were almost no people but many waiters I thought we should get food and drinks fast. However it turned out that even to order the food it took almost 30min since none of these waiters were qualified/authorized to take orders. Probably they were trainees and only there to serve drinks and food. I ordered a beef burger and got it quite quickly. However it didn't look that delicious and tasted even worse! The bun was old and the patty was pork meat! Since I was very hungry I ate it anyway which I deeply regretted later that night as I got serious stomach problems. Or it was probably from the curdled milk I had for my coffee. So not sure where it came from …. Anyways … back in our room we got the next bad surprise. It was full of mosquitoes! I had been to many hotels in Thailand so far and I know well that you have to deal with few mosquitoes. But in that night I killed 11 and still there were enough left to bite badly my wife and my 3 year old son. I checked that all doors including the balcony doors were closed. So they must have came in during room cleaning. Also no tooth brushes available! So what are the 5 stars for? Even lower category hotels have tooth brushes! Finally we tried to get some sleep but at the same time some of the neighbors came back to their room too. And the rooms are unfortunately very badly soundproof. So we even could hear our neighbors pressing the light switches as it would be in our room! We came to relax but it ended in a nightmare. We don't have high standards but for this price and the stars we expect something completely different. If you pay just 500THB more a night you can get some “real” 5 star hotels in the same area. This one is not more than a 3 star hotel and should cost not more than 1500THB per night. This was definitely the first and last time!

Very big room, free upgrade by staff. Lots of parking area. Clean and comfort bedroom. Delicious and various breakfast. Two swimmings pools and close to the beach. Convenient store (7-11) locate in front of the hotel.
