No room cleaning service on my 2nd day so no water refill in the fridge. Staff was friendly otherwise but no one at reception when I need to ask for drinking water. Just location is good for me.

Good location. just 5 minut to BTS skytrain shopping mall and cinema. Small room but good for the price, recommend.

staffs are nice and budget friendly. we stayed with my boyfriend here for 11 days when we were at Bangkok. very near to ekammai bts station and eastern bus terminal. if you wanna know some tips please visit this youtube channel and do subscribed.

Awful!! I will never never book this hotel again! this hotle is awful with dirty toilet， bed sheet and service! The room space is small and crowded. The breakfast is less and less. only bread and coffee，I cannot describe it with awaful!

I was first given a room with strange mouldy smell from the bathroom so I asked for a change, and they moved me to a room on the 6th floor. The room is smaller than what it appears in the photo, but the bed was clean and comfortable. The air-con worked perfect. The water from the tap is not very strong, but the shower worked fine. No ventilation in the bathroom. They will clean the room only if you hang the sign "make up my room" in front of you room. The breakfast is basic but abundant - cereals, bread, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, and fruit. The fruit quality was surprisingly quite good. The strength of the hotel is the location - very close to the skytrain yet very peaceful. Overall I am satisfied and would definitely stay again.

I had to move to another room due to the keycard was not working, and lack of facilities such as hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, wi-fi. I had experiences stay at Nantra Silom and the service is much better than Nantra Ekkamai.
