The room is good. The location is really near the beach but when you in room you will heard the sound wave. It’s like a rain sound. I thought it match with the price. The people are nice. The towel have a little misty smell. But totally I like Mod guesthouse.

I don't know mosquito or bed bug bites me and my husband ( fan room ) and now still have alots red on our skin but staff are friendly .

I was there as a solo traveller and booked the bedroom with fan which was quite clean and tidy. The scenery of the guesthouse was very cool but you have to walk out of your room. The guesthouse is not far from the beach and Huahin night market. Totally it was very good. The staff are always smile and friendly.

The room was small with bad odour. It wasn't clean as well. It's okay for the sake of sleeping. A/C took some time to actually work. won't come back here anymore.

I want to give honest recommendation for Mod Guest House. Their hospitality is really good and so kind for customers. Room rates are so fair for visitors and rooms are clean, neat and tidy. Mod guest house is located near beach. We can hear sounds of waves at night. I highly recommend for this hotel for visitors. I got my pleasure time because I chose the right and pleasant hotel.
