Good location. Clean room but it's too old so look like dirty. Room is too small. The walkway in room is too small to bring a large suitcase. Without a ventilation fan, the room is damp and smells old. But the worst is the ragged towel, no tissue or toilet paper. Worse than hostel.

Great deal, cheaper than another around this area, full amenities, near BTS & 7-11 however, the the plenty of water leaks from the toilet which is unsecured. The blanket is seem to be not sanitary and terrible smell, water pipe is choking etc.

Lobby is creepy and the lift is old. The room also creepy, the interior was old, towel are smelly, there's strain in the bed and pillow. But well for the cheap hotel this what you'll got..

The bathroom is very very very small , both the toilet and the shower. The room is very old and dusty. Noisy place. Can hear everyone easily. The ac filter was totally blocked with dust, if I didn't clean it. It doesn't cool at all also the water pump system is very bad the water stopes completely you need to close the faucet and wait for a while then open it again :( also the price is high for this shit hole with this price I can stay in a very decent new place in Chiang Mai. In conclusion : never again.
