The hostel is very beautiful and new. I love the way they try to remain the traditional style of the building. I also like how they are environmentally friendly by separate trash and provide water in a glass container instead of plastic bottles. The staff are nice, courteous, and calm. I went with quite a big group but Khun Nay, Khun Taan, Khun Tip, and Khun Got handle the checking in and out well. The security guard is also helpful and polite. The bed is clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and the stairs can be slippery when it rains. The only inconvenience I found is that the shared bathroom is on the first floor and when you want to shower or use the restroom late at night alone it can be quite scary for those who believe that ghosts exist. Breakfast is fine. I like it that they don't put a lot of sugar in the juice.

Actually the facilities are in a very good condition, we are all very happy in both day and night during our stay. Things that I need to say is the workflow of your staff during check out time. Staff ask us to return towel at the counter and that is fine. Then they were checking every of the towel looking for some stains or crack or something wrong in front of us which make me feel very uncomfortable. Once they found some stain, they asked us to wait and try to remove it with hot water. Fortunately, things went well and we had received the full return of the deposit. I think it would be a very better experience if guests have not been not in this kind of investigating situation like this. Lastly I am very sorry for cracking a loud noise to bother other guests.

Price for private room was expensive If compare with facilities. 1. Should have private toilet for this price. 2. We haven't got enough towels for 2 people.(everything must be 2 sets) 3.In case towel got dirty,client must pay extra but we didn't got information in beginning. 4.The TV was bad connect with Nefix, local chanel and Wifi can't used in The second floor. 5. Reception area didn't open air conditioner. Our first impression was burning. 6.Watt led lights of wall lamp is strong for bedroom. 7.Didn't have enough power outlets. Thanks for warm welcome and friendly staff. Hope my review helping you :))

what you see in the advert is what you get ;-) Everything are new and clean- from lobby, baths and bedroom of the hostel. You can't resist to snap a picture in their modern buildings design, a white structure with a touch of Thailand architecture. The owners were very accommodating, they help us arrange our tours and our tuktuk ride during our stay ;-) the staff are very friendly and always ready to help us with our request. we stayed for only 1 night but definitely we'll be back soon. Thank you so much Busaba Ayutthaya!
