communication with the agency is terrible, they take forever to reply to messages, often they read message but don't reply unless you keep calling them. they have no staff on-site so you have to either travel to their office or waiting for them to being keys. I was waiting 1 hour until they came with my keys, that's one-hour accommodation that I loose because of their poor management. then also there is WiFi advertised, they did not provide me with any details on how to access the WiFi even though I requested multiple times. then they say the check out time is 11am even though this is not stated on the hotel policy. they also make you pay 500 Baht for cleaning, the cleaning is done after you are gone, this to me is crazy, you shouldn't have to pay extra from cleaning and also why is the fee so high. the room was actually nice but because of the bad service and no WiFi which was very important to me it meant I was not able to enjoy my holiday. I advice other people to not stay at this place, better to book with a hotel instead of this place, it's advertising as a resort but it's not, all rooms owned by different agencies and so there is no management. if have problems then no one to report to.

Whoever wants to take a break and read carefully, collect the cleaning fee of 500, find parking for yourself on the side of the road. If you want to stay, you have to walk and drag your luggage into the building. Who will reserve here? Read the conditions carefully.

There is no parking, even though it is stated that there is a parking lot on the side of the road, which is very difficult to find. It's not a hotel, but it's a condo, so you have to call yourself.

Have to walk and ask the security guard himself, there is no service person. Call and ask about anything, don't really want to answer, don't know much about it

should be informed that it is a condo Accommodation here is a daily rental condo. and will have to pay for cleaning before arrival Not sure if it's the cleaning fee after using our room or before our stay. because in the room there are gibberish and flashing lights If the parking lot is full, it must be parked in front of the condo. If you are willing to stay in a condo from the beginning, it's good. And there is no receptionist here. For us people who have come a long way understand that it is a hotel. Plus, hurry to reserve, not reading other people's reviews first. So I don't feel good. Why are you collecting rent and cleaning fees separately? Should be notified to stay together with the room price when paying at all. The cost of the room and the cleaning fee are the same. Why not write down that the total cost of this room is 900 or 1000? It's up to you to wait to pay for the room. When people arrive and don't want to pay for cleaning, they pay for the room for free. It's Condominium. No reception. Must pay cleaning fees before check-in.

Good room, clean, new, but the price does not match the app page, there is a cleaning fee to pay an additional 400 ฿ (that is, we checked in at 4 pm, very late and rushed to find a bedroom) with a hurry to read the details, not overall Over 1,000 baht / night, no problem with payment, but I think the agency should not do marketing in this way. Should adjust the price including cleaning fee to match the price on the app page Overall not very impressed no check-in counter no reception Where is the building, you have to walk around in case you find a security guard to ask for directions. I've been using this app for years and I just came across this kind of service. Please leave the app to take care of this. Not sure if it's the marketing promotion policy of the app or not? I do not apologize to any party because it was the mistake of the customer who did not read the details (small) and did not read the reviews well.
