I hope this review could be a way to improve on the part of the hotel. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception and had to go to the back to find them. Then they didn't confirm my reservation since the room we booked was occupied by another for 2 days, but they did give us a bigger room(only 1 available). So then we get to the room, looked clean but later found out that the sheets smelled of dried saliva(on my bed) so thank god for the extra sheet in there. Then the bathroom had clumps of hairs on the floor and on the drain, bathroom is also very small which is very odd considering there are 2 more rooms on each side of the bathroom with no use(maybe used to put luggage or what not since they have no cabinets). TV had no remote, the door to the balcony is broken couldn't open it. There is a kitchen sink near the door(very odd) which contributed to a faint under-the-sink smell. Parking is ok, good only for about 4 cars. If you have older people who travel with you or have PWD in wheelchair, this is not the place for you. They don't have rooms on the ground floor or elevator. If you just need a place to sleep I would recommend if you don't mind the other stuff I mentioned here. Staff is friendly though but they are mostly not in the reception(maybe understandable since reception area is only very small). I hope this review will put forth improvement on the part of the hotel.
