This place is horrible to put it nicely I arrived at the resort, the receptionist said the room is not ready... It was 12 noon.. Check in is at 2pm so that's ok no prob I waited until 2pm.. The room was still not cleaned.. Eventually I got it at 2.30pm the room I got was sort of creepy, is not well maintained and outdated, there’s spiders in bed area, water in the bathroom is stinky and the place is dirty. Staffs are not hospitable too. If you are planning to visit panglao/alona beach, better book a hostel/hotel near the beach. Tricycle fare from this resort are very expensive . Foods it's ok but too costly for the taste and serving. They will ask you to pay for a water refill, which from other resort are given free. I had paid via traveloka for 2 days I just wanted to stay 1 day so I asked traveloka if I could get refunded 1 day as the property it was not as describe but they said they couldn't... So I stayed as I already paid. This resort is mainly doing business and doesn’t even care for their guest. 👎

When we arrived at the resort, the receptionist/staff are not aware of our booking. That was acceptable since we just booked it through app hrs before we arrived. But what’s worst is that they want us to cancel our booking, for their reason that they do not have access in this app anymore, like whut? We are already paid. And what’s even worst? They want us to pay 1500 per day, they told us they do not have the fan room anymore. When we are about to talk to this app via phone, they allow us to have the room na. The room we got is kinda creepy, the room is not well maintained and outdated, there’s spiderwebs in bed area, water in the bathroom is stinky and salty. Too bad experience. Staffs are not hospitable too. If you are planning to visit panglao/alona beach, better book a hostel/hotel near the beach. Tricycle fare from this resort is too pricey. Stayed for just a few hours since we booked for the Island tour package in Panglao. You would be better off booking in hotels closer to Alona beach. Saving a few bucks was not worth it, we ended up spending more by chosing to stay here.
