Family room 602. Clean, comfy easy check in but air conditioner got no remote control, so we all frozen 🤣 overall nice stay.

room access card always problem, I booked for family room when I want to check in it already full. I get the family room on day 2. room number 501 their aircond so terrible, in 12 pm when I prayer my body can sweat. the all staff very kind and helpfull but it can not denied fasility problem. the owner should improve and I can give 5 star because the price is steal.

Got for 1 night just myr44. Include breakfast for two! The location is perfect as it near to all attraction places in Kuching.

My cousin left her charger. She did call the receptionist about it unfortunatelly the charger was taken. In this case if guest forgot their belonging the management should take action.

Not many hotel offers breakfast with the affordable price. Their breakfast is considered good with quite a lots of variety compared with the low price they offered. Overall it was very pleasent to stay in the hotel.

the aircond broke down for 4 hours or maybe more ,the technician just keep on coming in the room until they decided to give us another room later at night.
